● What kind of materials do you use?
Our products are made from stainless steel & sterling silver. It is anti-tarnishing and anti-allergenic. Our gems are semi-precious aventurine, amazonite, lapis, agate and jade.
● Is there a guarantee on the jewelry?
We offer a 6 month guarantee on each piece. However, shocks, abrasive products and inappropriate use can alter the quality faster.
● Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Maestro, Union Pay, Paypal ,Tabby (payment in multiple installments), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
● Is my online payment secure?
We value your privacy. All submitted personal and payment information is encrypted for your security.
● Do you ship internationally?

● How long will it take to receive my order?
For UAE orders, it can take up to 7 days. For orders outside the UAE, you should receive it within two weeks. The delivery time frame depends on the product ordered & your delivery location.
● How can I track my order?
We will send you an email including the tracking number when your order is dispatched. You can use this number to track your order on the courier's website. You can also log into your Aromaje account & click on My Orders.
● Do you have a return policy?
Returning an item is easy. Products purchased online may be exchanged or returned via aromjae.com. We will only accept products unworn, unused, undamaged and accompanied by the original packaging.
● How do I exchange or return a product?
Send us a message via the form on our Contact page or by email at info@act-ventures.org, along with the order number. We will process your request within five business days after receiving your jewelry. After receiving your products, we will send you an email to notify you about the refund.
